Central Office Support
Mainline Communications provides the trained, qualified professional installation and testing personnel for all your central office EF&I needs. Our services can be provided on a per project basis or a time & expense basis. We can provide both total turnkey services and independent segment services. A single point-of-contact is assigned to each customer to ensure a smooth project completion.
Our professional staff is screened to ensure that they are the appropriately trained, highly-qualified personnel needed to complete each project. All of our personnel understand Mainline's commitment to quality, meeting and exceeding customer expectations, as well as the flexibility that is necessary to adjust project plans to meet customer's needs. Our personnel are not limited to, but especially experienced with Flash Wave, Fujitsu, Adtran, Cisco, and Optera equipment.
Our turnkey services begin with the central office engineering and continue through the life cycle of the project, ending with the successful testing and turn-up of your system. With our independent segment services, we can provide any part of the central office building process, whether it is installing rack systems, auxiliary framing and running power, to connecting the DS1 and DS3s, to testing with NOC centers.
