ISO Certifications

To facilitate continued growth and our ability to provide excellent service to our customers, Mainline has adopted and implemented the ISO 9001:2000/TL 9000 International Standards. We are proud to have been one of the first telecommunication services companies to attain ISO 9001:2000/TL9000 certification upon our initial registration in January 2003.

The rigorous schedule of company-wide internal and external audits and annual recertification process allows us to be constantly vigilant in our commitment to providing verified quality services to our customers. Our substantial investment of effort and resources to maintain ISO 9001:2000/TL9000 registration demonstrates our strong belief in these standards, and ensures that our organization will exceed the needs and expectations of our customers.
